No. Every news report, match report, column, live score and standings table is readable without an account and without a paywall. You only need an account to post in the fan forum, follow teams for score alerts, save articles, or hold a membership.

An email address, a password and a display name. We do not ask for your phone number, your date of birth or your location, and we never require a social login. The verification email lands within two minutes; if it does not, check the promotions tab before writing to us.

Both live under Account → Profile. Display names can be changed once every 30 days, and your posting and moderation history stays attached to the account rather than the name. Changing your email needs confirmation from the old address and the new one, which usually takes under five minutes.

Account → Privacy → Delete account. There is a seven-day grace period during which a single login cancels the deletion; after that it is irreversible. Personal data is purged within 30 days, forum posts are anonymised to "Former member" or removed entirely if you tick that box, and only billing records are retained, because GST law requires us to keep them for seven years.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen; the reset link is valid for 60 minutes and can only be used once. If the mail never arrives, the address may have a typo in it, so write to info@catalystwebtrendz.com from the address you think you registered with and the desk will find the account manually.

Not a native one yet. The site is an installable progressive web app, so "Add to home screen" on Android or iOS gives you a full-screen icon, push score alerts and offline reading for members. A native Android build is in testing with a target of early 2027.

No. We retry the charge three times over five days and give you a seven-day grace period on top, during which everything keeps working and you get one email and one in-account notice. Only after that does the account drop to the free tier, and nothing is deleted when it does.

Match highlights are licensed to us by rights holders and cannot be sublicensed, so we cannot give you permission for those. Our own studio material — interviews, analysis segments, podcast audio — can be used with credit and a link if you ask first. Embedding our player anywhere is always allowed.

Because host reads are recorded into the audio file itself rather than inserted dynamically, so there is no version of the episode without them. It is a deliberate choice: baked-in reads mean we can vet every sponsor personally instead of handing a slot to a programmatic exchange. Everything on the website and in the app is genuinely ad-free.
